These Terms of Service govern your use of the Centerville Barbers website and online appointment system. By using the site or submitting a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please call the shop instead of using the online system.

Appointments

Please provide accurate contact and appointment information. An appointment is accepted when the booking system displays a confirmation. Availability may change, and we may contact you if an appointment needs to be adjusted or cancelled.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the link included with your booking when available or call (937) 260-5103. The website does not create a cancellation fee or no-show charge beyond any policy separately communicated by the shop.

Services, prices, and payment

Service descriptions, availability, duration, and prices may change. The current price will be confirmed at the shop. Online bookings do not require advance payment; customers pay in the shop by an accepted payment method.

SMS terms

When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional appointment confirmations, updates, cancellations, and reminders from Centerville Barbers at the mobile number you provide.

• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency varies according to your appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed.
